Hi guys! My name is CeCe and I am so glad to be a part of community service learning at the Bryn Mawr School. All throughout my life, I have been surrounded by different forms of community service and seen how it helps people tremendously. When I was little, my family and I would go to the Maryland Food Bank to package the donated food for the holidays. It has always amazed me how more than 750,000 are hungry in Maryland. I decided that in high school, I wanted to be involved enough to really make a difference. I hope to accomplish this by spreading more awareness for community service this upcoming year!
Hi everyone my name is Kayla Evans and I am one of the 9th grade Community Service Learning class reps! I am extremely honored to be able to help the Bryn Mawr community this year. I've always been a helper, ever since I was a young girl I wanted to help people in any form possible. Over the years I've learned that the privilege I have others may not and EVERYONE deserves the same thing! So I decided to utilize my opportunities and get involved with community service. It’s amazing to know that just by taking a little time out of your day, you could help someone in need so immensely. This year during CSL I want to spread awareness throughout the Bryn Mawr Community while getting everyone involved. I would love to change the dynamic of community service at our school, and I can't wait to have a bunch of fun while doing it!
